How accurate is the data extraction?
Our AI model is highly accurate and specifically trained to read Ghanaian handwritten notes and messy Excel sheets. Plus, you can always review the data before taking any action.
Can I edit the data before sending?
Absolutely. You have full control. You can edit names, numbers, and balances directly in the dashboard before sending the SMS reminders.
What happens if an SMS fails?
We validate phone numbers before sending, and delivery tracking will flag failed or undelivered messages where the carrier reports them. You can then correct the number and resend from the dashboard.
Do parents need to install anything?
No! Parents receive a standard SMS with a secure link. They click the link to pay via Mobile Money or Card on a mobile-friendly webpage.
Can I track who has paid?
Yes. Our dashboard automatically updates when a parent pays through the link, changing their status to "Paid".
